Offer Description
Applications are invited for a temporary, part-time post of a Research Assistant within UCD School of Mechanical and Materials Engineering.
This project focuses on the development of a machine learning model in the context of a network interdiction game in which the leader minimises the spread of activities by the follower.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Work under the direction of the project leader
Support research activities including planning, organising, and communicating within the overall scope of the research project
Support literature review and administrative tasks
Prepare presentations, documentation, and reports relevant for the study
Assisting in the identification and preparation of proposals for new funding opportunities related to the research project.
Salary Range: €30,025 - €39,908 per annum (Pro Rata @ 0.5FTE)
Appointment on the above range will be dependent upon qualifications and experience.
