Applications are invited for appointment as Post-doctoral Fellow (several posts) in the Division of Applied Oral Sciences & Community Dental Care, Faculty of Dentistry, to commence as soon as possible for two years, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance.
Applicants should possess a Ph.D. degree in Materials Science, Polymer Science, Applied Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Computer and Electrical Engineering, Biological Science or a related discipline. Proficiency in English, along with strong and collaborative communication skills is a must. The applicant should have high motivation and strong interest in biomaterials, drug delivery or tissue engineering. The appointee will conduct a basic science and translational research related to the development of novel biomaterials in smart drug delivery, regenerative medicine, or medical devices. A track record of publishing in top international journals is highly desirable.
