Lecturer in Philosophy (m/f/d)

(Full-time 38,5 hours/week, initially limited for 36 months)

Your responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for, teaching 6 courses per academic year in the field of Philosophy such as, Logic, Causation and Correlation, and Philosophy of Science. Furthermore, they will support the management of the transdisciplinary section of the Constructor Track focusing on New Skills. Additionally, they will be responsible for mentoring undergraduate and graduate students.

Your qualifications:

  • PhD in Philosophy
  • Thorough skills and teaching experience in the above-mentioned fields
  • Responsible, self-motivated, able to work independently, teamwork ability, cross-/inter-cultural competences
  • Fluent in English, the language of instruction and communication on campus
