Offer Description

1°) To bring his/her expertise on methods allowing in vivo intracellular recordings of spinal motoneurons in mice.
2°) To contribue to the training of PhD students and post-docs in the team.
3°) To contribute to scripts development for data analysing.

- Contribution to the training of PhD students and Post-Docs in intracellular electrophysiology of spinal cord in mice, mouse surgery, and data analysis.
- Script development for data analysis.

The appliquant will bring his/her expertise in the team "Motor Neurons and Neuromuscular Junctions" from the SPPIN unit at the Université Paris Cité. The laboratory is located in the Saint-Germain des Prés district. The scientific environment is international including researchers in Neurophysiology, Molecular and Cellular Biology, Electrophysiology, Cell Imaging.

- Expertise in in vivo intracellular electrophysiology
- Expertise in microsurgery on small mammals
- Animal experiment training (conceptor level) and surgery training are mandatory
