Offer Description

The maturation engineer will work on the HELISOPHERE project, funded by SATT Paris-Saclay, which aims to design thin-film solar cells for autonomous systems. The maturation engineer will manufacture a prototype photovoltaic converter adapted to the planned system, drawing on the laboratory's expertise in photovoltaic materials.

The role of the maturation engineer will be to design and manufacture the complete system based on the established specifications.
The maturation engineer will carry out all stages of device design and manufacture: modeling and definition of the appropriate architecture, cleanroom deposits, assembly of the final system and testing to validate the expected characteristics.

As part of the HELIOSPHERE project, carried out in partnership with the UMR IPVF (Institut Photovoltaïque d'Ile-de-France), SATT Paris Saclay is recruiting a maturation engineer on a 12-month fixed-term contract, to work mainly at the UMR-IPVF. The IPVF UMR (9006) aims to focus fundamental research on key competencies in this field, and to drive innovation in analytical techniques, processes and devices relevant to the development of photovoltaic energy.
