Offer Description
Several field trips will be led in the littoral marshes of Tasdon and Brouage : two socio-ecosystems differentliated by their management, habitability and salinization modes.
The selected person will :
1/ caracterize the dynamic of contaminants : heavy metals, emerging pesticides, and MPs/NPLs (depending on experience)
2/ evaluate the risks for ecosystem and human health (One Health)
- Organizing and achieving field trips
- Preparing samples and organizing analyses
- Performing statistical analyses
- Writing publications
- Student supervision
- Taking part in one PhD supervision on complementary experiments (including laboratory word)
- Untertaking participative research with stakeholders
The project is part of the CNRS Chair « TransLittEnv » aiming at determining the impacts of salinization on contaminant dynamic (metals, micro/nano-plastics and pesticides) and ecosystem health. The postdoctoral project will be led at UMRi 7266 LIENSs La Rochelle Université - CNRS. Main supervisor: Adélaïde Lerebours (Chercheure CNRS, UMR LIENSs, Université de La Rochelle). Interactions are planned with researchers from AMARE (https://lienss.univ-larochelle.fr/Equipe-AMARE ) and BIOFEEL teams (https://lienss.univ-larochelle.fr/Equipe-BIOFEEL ) as well as researchers from national and international laboratories.
