The Marketing and Sales department prepares students for undergraduate degrees in four programs:

- E-marketing and entrepreneurship

- International Business: global sales and purchasing

- Business development and CRM

- Brand strategies and event management.

It aims at making the student autonomous, versatile, and able to meet the needs of the labor market. The pedagogical program should make the students acquire the necessary knowledge, know-how and skills to be operational in a local as well s global commercial environment. A cross-disciplinary pedagogy is privileged and a close dialogue and collaboration between the different members of the teams is essential. The chosen candidate is expected to develop innovating teaching and working methods. In addition to the academic requisites, the candidate should have an experience in a similar position to succeed in this job.

It is also strongly recommended that the candidate be able to teach some of his classes in English.

The chosen candidate will teach undergraduate students at the Marketing and Sales departments (BUT 1, 2 and 3. Classes are conducted mainly in small groups (28 students per class), and when applicable in larger groups (140 students). The main subjects to be taught are Corporate strategy, Business models, Sales communication, Brand development strategy, Digital brand marketing, and Industry events. The chosen candidate is therefore asked to take part in the different cross-disciplinary projects of the department: supervising tutored projects, work placements, SAE (Situations of Leaning and Evaluation), tutoring students in the work-study program, contributing to the PPP (Personal and professional projects), and monitoring the student’s portfolio.

The chosen candidate is invited to be particularly in charge of the SAE and the courses of Brand strategies and event management program.

Teachers are also fully involved in any action that contributes to the visibility and attractiveness of the department (E.G., open days, forums, meetings with secondary school students, projects with local and international academic and professional partners, company visits…
