Offer Description
Quantitatively study the fractional statistics of anyons for different topological orders in the fractional quantum Hall effect.
- Develop and anlyze a model for the anyonic collider when involving complex edge stsates.
- Confront the resulting theoretical models to measured results from our experimental collaborators (at LPENS, Paris).
- Work together in close collabration with a team of permanent researchers and PhD students.
The position is supported through the AnyHall project, funded by the French National Research Agency, and involving the Nanophysics team at CPT, Marseille,

Additional Information
Eligibility criteria
Preference will be given to candidates with a strong background in non-equilibrium statistical physics and non-relativistic quantum field theory. Some expertise in Luttinger liquid theory and/or Keldysh formalism would be very welcomed, and some knowledge of routine numerical techniques could also be an asset.
