As our new colleague you will be working across three different research groups at the National Food Institute, Technical University of Denmark (DTU Food) namely Bioactives – Analysis and Application, Analytical Food Chemistry and Gut, Microbes and Health. You must have a two-year master's degree in Biology, Food Science, Food Technology, Chemical Engineering, or a similar degree with an academic level equivalent to a two-year master's degree.

Furthermore, the ideal candidate has knowledge and experience within the following areas:

  • Seaweed biology and composition

  • Seaweed cultivation  including knowledge on lifecycles and variables to stimulate seedling and cultivation.
  • Cost effective experimental design and statistical data evaluation
