Community and Event Assistant at Copenhagen School of Entrepreneurship

Are you excited about creating memorable experiences? Copenhagen School of Entrepreneurship (CSE) at Copenhagen Business School is searching for an enthusiastic Community and Event Assistant to support the team delivery of a range of signature events and activities for our students, founders, academic community, and broader ecosystem across our programs.

CSE is CBS' entrepreneurship unit, where students and academics are supported in acquiring entrepreneurial and innovation skills through the testing of different business concepts and the development of their own startup companies and projects. In addition, we offer various training courses, workshops and events for startups and students.

You will be joining an international teamof +25 people who are enthusiastic about startups, education innovation, and entrepreneurial practices, and you will play a crucial role in supporting the delivery of exciting and inspirational events.

The tasks will include

  • Assist in planning and execution of activities for educational programs, and signature and community events.
  • Ordering of catering and preparing it to fit the layout and type of event.
  • On-site support with assisting set up and break down event venues, arranging tables and chairs, and decorations.
  • Setting of sign-up pages, registering attendance, and sending out post-event surveys.

Your skills and qualifications include being

  • Committed to collaborate effectively with team members across our programs.
  • Excited about supporting the delivery of entrepreneurial events.
  • A proactive problem-solver who can use creative thinking to overcome challenges during event planning and execution.
  • Organized and having time-management skills.
  • A stellar communicator in both English and Danish.
  • Tech savvy with experience working with event management software.

Salary and terms of employment

Employment will take place in accordance with the HK organizational agreement and the Collective Agreement between the Ministry of Taxation and Publicly Employed Organizations (OAO-S Collective Agreement). 

It is a prerequisite for employment that you are an active student at a higher education institute in Denmark.

The position is approximately 15 hours per week and is limited until the culmination of your degree. Please notify us of when you expect to graduate.
