Working under the supervision of Dr Anne Cockcroft, the Research Assistant will participate in a review of the relevant literature, preparation of presentations and manuscripts and coordination of study activities.

Responsibilities:

• Attend project meetings.

• Respond to emails relating to the project.

• Participate in the identification and selection of publications, data extraction and data synthesis

• Help with the following tasks, as per decisions made during project meetings or over project related emails.

• Coordinate literature reviews

• Coordinate with other research assistants or interns the activities for study selection and data extraction

• Liaise with the health librarian and project team to develop the search strategy.

• Prepare progress reports.

• Write reports to summarize data and the implications of the results

Qualifications:

• Proven work experience as a Research Assistant or similar role.

• Excellent administrative skills.

• Being the author of a publication describing the use of a
  scoping review

• Knowledge of research methods, in particular literature review methods.

• Ability to work under pressure.

• Excellent time management skills.

• Training in psychology.
