The Program Manager is a pivotal role at NAIT, overseeing a diverse portfolio including foundational training, professional development, corporate training, and continuing education in the fields of construction, trades, and manufacturing.
This position is responsible for nurturing a responsive and relevant program mix that promotes growth and aligns with NAIT's commitment to excellence. The successful candidate will be externally focused, engaging actively with industry to understand market dynamics and customer needs, thereby ensuring the delivery of high-quality, accessible, and flexible learning experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Portfolio Management:
- Define and communicate a clear vision for the portfolio.
- Identify and develop new programs to ensure relevancy and revenue growth.
- Maintain high standards in existing programs and adapt to market and industry demands.
- Brand Enhancement and Industry Engagement:
- Act as a subject matter expert, promoting NAIT and engaging with industry at various events.
- Develop strong internal relationships within NAIT and establish partnerships with key stakeholders.
- Strategic Growth & Revenue Realization:
- Collaborate with marketing teams to implement effective marketing strategies.
- Foster the development of corporate clients and manage external funding opportunities.
- Set financial targets and manage budgets to support sustainable growth.
Skills & Abilities:
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage various stakeholders.
- Proven ability in strategic planning and execution within the education sector.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in a leadership role within the education, construction, trades, or manufacturing sectors.
Remuneration: $96,356.78 - $127,657.66 annually, plus a comprehensive benefits package.
