ELIGIBILITY: WORK STUDY STUDENTS AT McGILL UNIVERISTY. CERTIFICATION FOR SUMMER 2024 REQUIRED.


Position Summary: Under the direction of the immediate supervisor, the incumbent may perform some or all of the listed general administration functions. These functions are of moderate complexity and the incumbent performs them using established instructions.

TYPICAL FUNCTIONS:

  • opening of the incoming mail
  • opening and closing of funds
  • processing fund transfer agreements
  • posting claimed wire and cheque payments
  • posting journal entries
  • preparing payment requests
  • logging in signed financial statements
  • other related duties when required


A minimum of 20 hours is required for each student and available until August 2024.


Minimum Education and Experience:


High School Diploma 1 Year Related Experience


Hourly Salary:


(AMUSE B) $16.00
