Hiring Unit:
Faculty of Arts, Dean's Office - Communications
Position Summary:

- Edit web content for clarity and accuracy within the Drupal environment

- Work with the Digital Communications Associate to optimize departmental websites within the Faculty of Arts.

- Analyze and review website content audit data.

- Liaise, and answer questions from departments throughout the project

- Attend weekly meetings

- Keep department project files up to date
Other Qualifying Skills and/or Abilities

- Eligibility to work-study program

- Previous experience working with Drupal environment/ WMS McGill (asset)

- Strong organizational skills and capacity to work within tight and changing deadlines

- Strong command of written and spoken English.

- Attention to detail

- Ability to prioritize and multitask.

- HTML and CSS skills (asset)

- Excellent interpersonal communication skills.

- Having a keen eye for visual design (asset)

- Understanding web usability or user-focused design principles (asset)

- Ability to work in a PC environment using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook)

This position is covered by the AMUSE collective agreement.


Minimum Education and Experience:


High School Diploma 2 Years Related Experience


Hourly Salary:
