CANTRAIN Postdoctoral Fellowship

The overarching goals are to enhance national clinical research capability and quality into CRE (clinical research education) and GCP (good clinical practice weblink) though accredited training programs and hand-on practice with interactive activities. CANTRAIN integrates 21st century clinical & regulatory affairs (C&RA) experience relative to gender-balanced patients, people with disabilities, their families, policy-makers, communicators, communities and real-world operations.

CANTRAIN are offering six trainee awards in British Columbia, consisting of the following categories: 

• 2 Masters student awards: Each award amounts to $17,500 for a duration of one year.
• 2 Doctoral awards: Each award amounts to $35,000 for a duration of one year.
• 2 PDF/MD awards: Each award amounts to $42,500 for a duration of one year.

This funding competition is applicable for one year, but there will be another competition next year as well. Applicants are not required to be CANTRAIN investigators or have a CANTRAIN supervisor, and this opportunity is open to researchers from all institutions and universities in British Columbia.
