Position Summary:
Reporting to the Head Coach Swimming/Manager of Aquatics assists with supervising the aquatics program.
Primary Responsibilities:

  • Schedule all aquatic staff ensuring coverage
  • As required act as on site aquatics manager
  • Oversee payroll for aquatic staff
  • Handle disciplinary cases as required
  • Oversee the swim private lessons (managing the Microsoft Forms account, contacting clients, scheduling the privates and coordinating with client services for the payment)
  • Oversee the children’s learn to swim program which includes classes and levels


Other Qualifying Skills and/or Abilities
Certified lifeguard; must have experience working in an unionized environment and with supervising staff; demonstrated organizational skills; must have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with all facets of clients; Workday knowledge; English and French Spoken.


Minimum Education and Experience:


DEC III 3 Years Related Experience /


Annual Salary:


(MPEX Grade 03) $59,870.00 - $70,440.00 - $81,010.00
