DUTIES

The Department of Human Enterprise and Innovation in the Bob Gaglardi School of Business and Economics, Thompson Rivers University, invites applications to teach a section on Organizational Behaviour in our Management area in Summer 2024

 

• ORGB 2810-01, Organizational Behaviour:  Tuesday/Thursday, 8:30-11:20 am

 

Classes run: May 06 – June 21, 2024
Exam Period: The exam period for summer courses is included in the term.
Final Day to Submit Term Grades: June 28, 2024

 

All instruction will be in the classroom on our Kamloops campus.

QUALIFICATIONS

The ideal candidate should have:

• An MBA degree or relevant Master’s degree. (PhD preferred)
• Significant capability in the area of Organizational Behaviour as evidenced by directly related work experience.
• Evidence of strong teaching potential/experience.

 

Candidates with one or more of the following will have an added advantage:

• Evidence of strong teaching experience as reflected by student evaluations;
• Familiarity with the Moodle Learning Management System
