Offer Description

This post-doctoral project aims to develop a theoretical framework based on the literature on governance, public policy, sustainability (indicators), SDGs and resilience in order to develop a tool to support collaborative governance and co-creation with a view to improving cross-sectoral and transdisciplinary cooperation and between state/municipalities and society/citizens, taking into account the peculiarities of São Bento do Sapucaí, a small municipality in São Paulo state (Brazil) with a tourist vocation.

It is desirable that the candidate has proven experience in systematic literature review and availability to participate in field trips, workshops and meetings in the municipality of São Bento do Sapucaí. Candidates should have a background and interest in public policy and its interface with the environment and sustainable tourism.

The successful candidate will receive a 24-month Postdoctoral Scholarship granted by the São Paulo Research Foundation (FAPESP) with a monthly stipend of R$ 9,047.40 per month and a Technical Reserve equivalent to 10% of the annual value of the scholarship to cover unforeseen expenses directly related to the research activity.
