Graduate Teaching Assistant (must hold a Diploma/Master’s degree) for a full-time, temporary position at the Department of Private Law Development and Legal Protection to 09/30/2026

Job Duties:

• Participation in the research, teaching and examination activities (civil law and civil procedure law)
• Independent teaching
• Support in administrative activities
• Independent research (especially relevant publications and lectures)

Your Qualifications:

• The successful candidate must hold a Diploma/Masters degree in law
• Outstanding competence in civil law
• Very good knowledge of civil procedure law
• Excellent proficiency in German grammar and spelling (level C2)
• Good command of spoken and written (legal) English (level B2)
• Precise way of working and exceptional dedication

• On the basis of full-time employment (40 hours/week) the minimum salary in accordance with the collective agreement is € 3,578.80 gross per month (14 x per year, CA Job Grade: B1)
