  • Continuing, full-time
  • $84,516 to $92,899 per annum (HEO6)
  • Plus 17% employer superannuation
  • Salary packaging options are available
  • 5 weeks annual leave plus Christmas week shutdown, per annum

About the role

The Team Leader provides high-level administrative support, specialist knowledge relevant to the position as well as undertaking stand-alone assignments. The Team Leader provides support and supervision to a team of administration staff. The Team Leader will also be responsible for assisting in the management of various administrative projects in line with identified School/Faculty/Directorate priorities.

About you

To be successful in this role, you will have:

Problem solving and analytical skills and the ability to work flexibly and effectively with a team, or independently, to deliver agreed outcomes. You will need to demonstrate superior leadership skills, organisational skills, prioritising tasks, managing strict deadlines, and managing competing tasks whilst maintaining strict confidentiality. In addition, your high-level communication skills, and the ability to build and sustain effective internal and external networks will be key to your success in this role.
