About the role:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Systems Administrator to join our dynamic Systems, Data and Intelligence team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and supporting the Advancement Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, ensuring optimal availability, system and data security, and overseeing software maintenance and upgrades. A critical component of this role involves developing and implementing user support and system training programs in collaboration with team members.

Working closely with Advancement colleagues, partners, and service providers, you will play a pivotal role in advancing the University's philanthropic mission by overseeing the Advancement CRM system, utilised by more than 150 users.

To excel in this role, you'll need a degree in a relevant field or equivalent qualifications, along with a solid foundation in supporting and managing CRMs or comparable enterprise systems. Your excellent interpersonal and communication skills will be crucial, allowing you to build and maintain strong working relationships and engage stakeholders effectively. Your problem-solving prowess, attention to detail, and ability to balance multiple tasks will set you apart.
