(HE04) $69,043 - $75,677 per annum plus an employer contribution of 17% superannuation applies.

Student Engagement and Success ensures a rich student experience through delivery of proactive initiatives that support student connections, progression and success during their time at the University of Adelaide. The unit works closely with student representatives and is responsible for orientation, program advice, academic progress and initiatives that support student retention and completion.

This role of Student Success Officer provides support for student experience activities in the Student Success Portfolio. The role is responsible for linking students with high quality program advice, participating in onboarding and enrolment processes, providing support and advice on a range of student administrative matters and contributing to student experience support activities.

To be successful you will need:

  • Demonstrated experience and commitment in delivering customer centred service in a shared service model.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn new systems and adopt to new technologies.
  • Demonstrated experience in a high-volume shared service structure providing multi-channel service delivery including face to face and call center responsibilities.
  • The ability to work effectively across omni-service channels to meet demand and the student lifecycle.
  • Proven keyboard skills and demonstrated familiarity with standard office applications.
