About the Role

The Student Services Officer is responsible for delivering high quality customer service to our students and stakeholders, including responding to enquires, providing information and performing frontline reception activities.

About You

To be successful in this position you will have:

Essential

  • Sound interpersonal, written and spoken communication and customer service skills
  • Efficient and effective administrative, time management and organisational skills, including strong attention to detail
  • Highly client service focused with experience in customer service roles
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritise work and complete tasks within agreed timeframes.
  • Responsive to changing needs of the business
  • Proven ability to learn new processes and procedures quickly
  • Ability to maintain the security of confidential information and records
  • Commitment to continuous improvement and best practice principles
  • Proficiency in MS Office and previous experience in the use of databases
  • Working with Children Clearance

Desirable

  • Experience working with internal and external clients of diverse cultural backgrounds
  • Ability to communicate in a language other than English
  • Previous experience using StudyLink, SAMS and Intrinsiq databases
