Our Unit

Digital Technology Solutions (DTS) delivers cutting-edge, innovative and cost-effective digital solutions and services to the University’s staff and students. The team strives to enable the delivery of excellence in education and research & innovation; and to support engagement with communities and partners. Digital Technology Solutions is repositioning to be a technology integrator, broker, trusted advisor and innovator, enabling the University to deliver the Looking Ahead Strategic Plan.

The Senior Manager, Customer Success (IT change and adoption) is responsible for maximising the value of new and existing digital services and solutions to our clients and stakeholders. This will involve the development of a range of strategies and processes to drive digital transformation as well as implementing and embedding change arising from the use of digital technologies within the University. 

Taking a lead role in the team, the successful applicant will oversee a team of specialist resources who may be assigned to specific capability areas and initiatives.

  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities inspiring a team of professional staff to deliver exceptional performances and outcomes
  • Extensive knowledge and proven track record as an advisor and authority on customer success (change and adoption) techniques
  • Proven successful delivery of technology adoption programs across large and diverse organisations
  • Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders and strategic partners at all levels to drive organisational outcomes

The remuneration range is from HEW level 9 $125,767 - $134,749 plus 17% superannuation and leave loading.
