About the team

Campus Management is responsible for planning, designing, developing, and managing the University’s campus and property portfolio to support teaching, research, and campus life. Campus Management delivers a range of university-wide services including strategic planning, property management, facilities operations, capital projects and developments, sustainability, landscape, security, and transport.

About the opportunity

Join us at UWA as a key leader in overseeing Campus Management's business support operations. In this role, you will drive excellence by enhancing services such as Contract Management, Risk Compliance, and Finance Administration. Your focus will be on improving processes, fostering a high-performance culture, and aligning methodologies with UWA's strategic goals. You will manage complex functions, develop strategies, and provide governance and policy recommendations.

About you 

You are a strategic leader with a proven track record in overseeing extensive and varied business support operations in complex organisational settings. With extensive experience in developing and implementing business processes, you excel in driving high performance and fostering a collaborative team environment. Your expertise spans across contract management, risk management, financial administration, and governance, complemented by strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Your ability to interpret policies, manage multiple functions, and deliver impactful improvements aligns with UWA’s strategic goals. Your commitment to enhancing service delivery and managing stakeholder relationships makes you a great fit for leading Campus Management’s business support services.

Note: Provision of a Current ‘C’ class driver’s licence will be required for the successful applicant.
