As a Senior Coordinator, Strategic Procurement, you will:
- Identify and deliver cost improvement initiatives across the software spend category
- Aggregate and rationalize the supplier base
- Negotiate and establish software contracts and renewals based on various techniques (combined purchasing power agreements, market research, internal collaboration amongst University faculties)
- Bi-annual category plans to establish initiative pipelines
To be successful, you’ll have experience in:
- Technology/digital supplier management
- End-to-end procurement (planning, Rfx development and management, negotiation, contract execution, contract management) experience from planning to contract management in the software space
- Category/Portfolio management in the software space with a solid understanding of the cost & service dependencies in this category
- Analysing and distilling spend data to identify opportunities and manager the software supplier base
- Commercial analysis to develop financially sound business cases
- Excellent business report writing
