  • Commencement Salary: $76,304 per annum (plus 17% superannuation)

About the Role  

Reporting to the Operations Lead: Enterprise Partnerships, you will contribute to the smooth operation of services and systems for the Enterprise Partnerships Hub, particularly the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. 

Your ability to work collaboratively and build effective networks both within and external to the University is crucial. You will facilitate a service-oriented approach, maintaining credibility and trust with stakeholders. Additionally, you will provide professional and high level of customer service and support to all guests, visitors, staff, and students, contributing to the efficient and effective operation of the Enterprise Partnerships office.

Core Responsibilities  

  • Lead and/or contribute to a wide range of projects, events and administrative activities, including scoping, scheduling, tracking, evaluating, and reporting against key milestones and deliverables 
  • Support the maintenance and effective operation of the Enterprise Partnerships Customer Relationship Management system (CRM), under the direction of the Operations Lead: Enterprise Partnerships including user training, information and data analysis, reporting and information flow 
  • Administer and manage the quality of data in the CRM and respond to enquiries, leads and opportunities by facilitating the effective transfer of those leads and opportunities within the CRM system 
  • Develop, implement and monitor effective processes related to partner engagement management using the CRM for the Enterprise Partnerships Unit 

Essential Skills and Experience  
  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline or demonstrated equivalent skills, knowledge and experience 
  • Excellent general administrative, project management and resource management skills including demonstrated experience in maintaining data in various information systems, including a CRM  
  • Excellent customer service and organisational skills with the ability to work effectively under pressure, to multitask, and prioritise deadlines, as demonstrated through previous experience working in a dynamic customer focussed role with a high level of initiative and self-direction, working with minimal supervision 
  • Experience in the interpretation of statistical data and the interpretation and application of policies and procedures
