Now is the time to join the Australian Mathematical Sciences Institute (AMSI) as a Schools Outreach Officer!

Are you an experienced teacher with solid mathematics knowledge, a strong track record in leading teams of teachers in professional development and experience in content creation for mathematics? Through the CHOOSEMATHS project you will be able to take your skills and experience to the next level by working closely with teachers to assist them to develop maths programs across clusters of schools in regional areas.

AMSI is located at The University of Melbourne and the incumbent will attend meetings at head office on a regular basis. There is scope for the Outreach Officer to be based outside of Melbourne, in either the Upper Hunter (NSW) or Mackay (QLD) regions. The position involves a considerable amount of interstate and country travel.
