The Robin and Roger Scholarship has been established to provide support for commencing students who are experiencing difficult personal circumstances. Preference will be given to women and students from a refugee background.

I'm from a single-income family, and having a scholarship helped relieve some of the financial pressure as I started university. It also gives me the motivation and confidence to strive for excellence, as I know I have the support of others. The opportunity to follow one's dream is not one I take lightly, and I am fortunate to have a scholarship that is helping make my dream a reality.
Am I eligible?
You must be one of the following:
- An Australian citizen
- A New Zealand citizen
- Australian permanent resident
- Australian humanitarian visa holder
You must meet the following criteria:
- Commencing or current student enrolled in or intending to enrol in an undergraduate degree at a Monash campus in Australia.
- Have a low income.
Benefits
- $6000 per annum (48 credit points of study) for the duration of your degree.

- One scholarship available.
Selection criteria
- Awarded based on need.
- Preference will be given to Women in a non-traditional area.
To retain this scholarship:
- You must maintain a Weighted Average Mark (WAM) of 50 each semester.
How to apply
- VTAC applicants - If you think you might be eligible for an equity scholarship, ensure that you apply for the Special Entry Access Scheme (SEAS) through VTAC between Monday 31 July (9am) and Friday 6 October (5pm) to be automatically considered.
- For current Monash students, apply directly to Monash.
- This scholarship cannot be deferred.
