The Position
The Research Office Administrator is part of the College of Science Research Office, holding a key administrative role that involves delivering quality administrative services to the Research Management team. The Research Office Administrator is also responsible for providing day-to-day administration and basic advice on general research management inquiries, ensuring compliance with the University’s policies and procedures, maintaining data accuracy, and promptly escalating more complex matters to the relevant team members.

The Person
The ideal candidate should possess a background in administration, showcasing initiative, strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the capacity to manage competing deadlines. Additionally, effective communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a collaborative team-oriented approach are essential attributes for this role.
