(HE04) $69,043 to $75,677 per annum plus an employer contribution of 17% superannuation applies.

Continuing opportunity for a Research Funding Assistant (Post Award) to join the Division of Research and Innovation.

Working under general direction, the Research Funding Assistant (Post Award) provides high quality central support to post-award management of research activity.

This role will focus on administration tasks, customer service and providing a positive customer experience, providing efficient and effective post award research administration functions, and maintaining corporate records in relation to University research activities.

You may also be required to provide support for the pre-award submission of research funding applications during peak periods.

To be successful you will need: 

  • Demonstrated experience in office practices, standard office software packages, email and retrieving information from websites.
  • Demonstrated experience with data entry and use of databases.
  • Well-developed written and oral communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and maintain work accuracy.
