- Salary: $109,074 per annum (plus 17% superannuation)
About the Role
The Research Fellow will undertake independent, cutting edge, and high-quality scientific research in the fields of artificial intelligence (AI) in education and/or learning analytics. This is an exciting opportunity to join Uni SA Education Future’s high performing research group, the Centre for Change and Complexity in Learning (C3L) . In this role, you will engage in high-quality, innovative research, amplifying a research portfolio that attracts nationally competitive grants and industry funding to accelerate the national and international impact, and profile of the University’s core research strengths.

Core Responsibilities
- Conduct independent research well above world standard in collaboration with industry and other stakeholders
- Lead research that results in high-quality publications
- Contribute advice as part of research degree and honours supervisory teams
- Create, foster, and enhance local, national, and international links with relevant industry, business, university, and community bodies
Essential Skills and Experience
- A PhD degree in a relevant field and appropriate research experience post PhD
- Experience conducting successful research projects in the fields of artificial intelligence (AI) in education and/or learning analytics
- Demonstrated research productivity and an upward career trajectory as a postdoctoral researcher
- Record of independent research resulting in high-quality publications
- Record of competitive research grant activities
