The Office of Governance Services is calling for Expressions of Interest for a Governance Officer to join a dedicated and committed team in delivering business associated with the Secretariat.

You will be responsible for providing all aspects of secretariat support for academic committees and the important business of managing processes such as elections, progression appeals and other related business.

To be successful in this position, you should have a strong command over written English, a keen eye for detail and demonstrated strong note taking skills. You will need to possess good team building skills to coordinate the work within the team with the ability to effectively multitask in a high volume and time critical environment.

This is a full-time, fixed-term position until 18 December 2024. The position will be based at Western’s Hawkesbury (Richmond) Campus, although travel to other campuses of the University may be required. Standard work from home provisions apply. Remuneration Package: HEW Level 5 $94,265 to $106,603 p.a. (comprising Salary of $79,655 to $90,081 p.a., plus Superannuation and Leave Loading)
