About the Role
As we continue to expand our international reach, we are seeking a dynamic Marketing Campaign Manager (International) to cover an internal vacancy for a period of 12 months.
The Marketing Campaign Manager (International) is responsible for developing, planning, and executing comprehensive marketing campaigns aimed at supporting our international marketing plans and driving recruitment of international students. 

The key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and execute marketing campaigns targeting international audiences.
  • Working closely with appointed media agencies to implement data-led lead acquisition strategies that align with international business objectives.
  • Collaborating with other University teams and departments to deliver effective international enquiry management and outbound calling campaigns.
  • Supervising and executing a comprehensive social media calendar. 

This is a full-time, fixed-term position for 12 months based at Western’s Parramatta South Campus, although travel to other campuses of the University may be required.

About You
The successful applicant will have:

  • A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns, preferably targeting international audiences.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from data to inform campaign strategies.
  • Experience with multiple-channel marketing campaigns, including use of Electronic Direct Mail, social media, digital display, SEM, and social advertising.
  • The ability to develop effective and persuasive written content for web, social, search and email.
  • Prior experience in the education sector and/or working with international markets is advantageous.

Remuneration Package: HEW Level 8 $130,740 to $145,135 p.a. (comprising Salary of $110,477 to $122,641 p.a., plus Superannuation and Leave Loading)
