About the Role
The College are seeking experienced Administration Assistants for their Casual Eligibility List to fill short term vacancies.

The Casual Administration Assistant, is responsible for the provision of administrative services on a day-to-day basis for Short Term English Programs (STEP) at The College.  Among the duties you will handle receptionist tasks, maintain accurate attendance records for Study Tour students, assist with document collation and distribution, assist with the management and monitoring of STEP Placement tests, assist with organisation of events and meetings, and provide support during student meet and greets.

About You
To be successful in this role you will have a Certificate III /IV in business administration or equivalent and 2 years previous experience in administrative function. Language skills in Japanese or Mandarin would be an advantage.

Working with Children Check
As the College provide education opportunities to ages that include under 18 years old, it is a prerequisite to have/gain WWC clearance.  Therefore it is a requirement to obtain and maintain a “NSW Working with Children Check Clearance”.

Remuneration: Casual Professional Employee Level 3 $43.88 per hour.
