Office of the Deputy Vice-Chancellor and Vice President (Education) is seeking a Senior Project Officer to join their team.

About the role
The Senior Project Officer is responsible for supporting the management and coordination of the Engaged Teaching Project. This will be done under the broad direction of the Associate Director for the project. 

The Senior Project Officer is required to ensure the project adheres to its agreed scope as well as the relevant policy guidelines and government legislation relevant to the project. The Senior Project Officer will be responsible for developing and maintaining both new and existing project management methodologies for the wider team. Creating and implementing innovative, timely solutions to a range of problems will also be expected. The Senior Project Officer will undertake high-level liaison with stakeholders and build collaborative working relationships to ensure the successful delivery and reporting of project outcomes.

The Senior Project Officer is responsible for providing high-level support primarily to the Associate Director leading the project. Responsibilities also include data analysis and reporting, market and vendor research, preparation, and coordination of reports, policies, and submissions.

Applicants should be aware that this role will be based at Penrith campus, however as Western Sydney University is a multi-campus university travel to other campuses may be required when operational needs arise.

Remuneration Package: HEW Level 8 $130,740 to $145,135 p.a. (comprising Salary of $110,477 to $122,641 p.a., plus Superannuation and Leave Loading)
