The Office of People is seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of International Student Welfare Coordinator.

The International Student Welfare Coordinator is responsible for the provision of specialist professional support, referral, advice and advocacy services to students with a particular focus on international students.

The position provides expert advice to Student Welfare Officers, and other stakeholders both internal and external to the University, on international student related matters and to ensure compliance with the Educational Services for International Students (ESOS) standards.

The International Student Welfare Coordinator will champion the key values of the Office of People and the Equity, Diversity, Safety and Wellbeing portfolio and ensures their practice aligns to these values and service delivery contributing to the overall student experience.

This is a full-time, ongoing position based at Westerns Parramatta South Campus, although travel to other campuses of the University may be required.

It is a mandatory requirement for any incumbent of this position to have a current NSW Employee Working with Children Clearance in accordance with the NSW Child Protection (Working with Children) Act 2012.

Remuneration Package: HEW Level 7 $117,645 to $126,892 p.a. (comprising Salary of $99,411 to $107,225 p.a., plus Superannuation and Leave Loading)
