The Equity and Diversity team is seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Project Support Officer, Compliance and Benchmarking.

About the role
We are looking for an enthusiastic Project Support Officer to join our team and support the work of Equity & Diversity in successfully implementing and developing organisational equity, diversity and inclusion plans and projects across the University community. This involves assisting Equity & Diversity team members in the delivery of projects and services including but not limited to our compliance and benchmarking activities. 

In particular, this role will support the Equity & Diversity team in effectively meeting compliance and benchmarking requirements to ensure the University continues to meet its equity and diversity legislative and regulatory responsibilities and strategic objectives.  This will be achieved by supporting Equity & Diversity team members undertaking compliance and benchmarking processes, providing administrative support and oversight of the Equity and Diversity Working Party initiative and the Vice-Chancellors Gender Equity and Respectful Relationships Advisory Committee, and supporting some of the exciting projects which emerge from the priorities identified by these groups.

Skills and Experiences
The successful candidate will have a high level of computer literacy, excellent interpersonal skills including experience liaising with a diverse range of individuals, strong problem-solving skills and the ability to collate information from multiple sources to translate into summary reports and submissions for a wide range of stakeholders.

This is a part-time (0.6 FTE), ongoing position based at the Hawkesbury campus, although travel to other campuses of the University may be required. 

Remuneration Package: HEW Level 5 $94,265 to $106,603 p.a. (comprising Salary of $79,655 to $90,081 p.a., plus Superannuation and Leave Loading)

Please note, the above salary ranges are at 1.0 FTE and the salary will be paid on a pro-rata basis at 0.6 FTE.
