The School of Computer, Data and Mathematical Sciences (CDMS) is seeking an enthusiastic and highly skilled candidate for the position of Governance and Compliance Officer.

The position is located within the pooled area servicing the Schools of Computer, Data and Mathematical Sciences and Engineering, Design and Built Environment. It is preferred that the position be based at the Kingswood campus, and the successful applicant may be required to travel to any of the of Western Sydney University campuses.

The successful candidate will undertake time-critical case management of student misconduct cases for both schools. The Governance and Compliance Officer will provide professional secretarial support to ensure that the requirements of School based misconduct and other committees are satisfied.

The position requires strong Word, Excel and time management skills as well as experience dealing with internal and external stakeholders. The successful candidate will need to have the capacity to manage a wide range of administrative functions within a high-volume work area to provide high quality service Interested applicants should address the selection criteria.

This is a part-time, ongoing position (0.6 FTE, 21 hours, 3 days per week), based at Kingswood Campus.

Remuneration Package:  HEW Level 6 $107,358 to $115,073 p.a. (comprising Salary of $90,719 to $97,238 p.a., plus Superannuation and Leave Loading).
