  • Commencement salary: $108,351 per annum (plus 17% superannuation)


About the Role 

Reporting to the General Manager: UniSA Business, you will ensure the effective delivery of operational services, administrative support, and student engagement strategies to the Master of Business Administration (MBA) and Global Executive Master of Business Administration (Defence and Space) (GEMBA).
You will provide high level management and support to the Dean of Programs (Postgraduate) in the development and implementation of key MBA strategies and play an active role in the internationalisation of the Unit’s MBA programs.  You will provide leadership for MBA programs and staff in the areas of marketing, compliance, accreditation, governance, and risk management.

Essential Skills and Experience 

  • Postgraduate qualifications in a relevant discipline, or demonstrated significant equivalent skills, knowledge and experience
  • Demonstrated experience in the management of postgraduate and/or executive education programs and accreditation processes
  • Demonstrated experience in the development, implementation and monitoring of strategic and business plans
  • Exceptional organisational skills to manage multiple priorities and projects within tight timelines while working independently and as a member of a team
  • Demonstrated previous experience working in a management position in a complex service environment, including working collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams and delivering excellent customer service
  • High level communication and interpersonal skills including an ability to provide sound advice and recommendations in order to influence senior staff at all levels both internal and external to an organisation 
  • Proven experience in researching, analysing and writing high quality speeches, briefings, correspondence and submissions for a broad audience and experience in the developing interpretation and application of policies and procedures
