About the Opportunity 
This Full time or Part time, ongoing position for a Reward, Reporting and Data Analyst within the People and Culture team attracts remuneration of $115,042 to $129,573 (HEW 8) plus 17% University superannuation contribution.

Key Criteria
To be successful you will have experience in a similar role and will demonstrate experience in:

  • Reporting that delivers actionable insights for relevant stakeholders and/ or University committees. 
  • Providing reward insights, guidance, and strategies through market research on industry compensation trends   
  • Leading the implementation of critical initiatives and programs to deliver People processes and services.
  • Staying informed and current about market trends and technological advancements.

About you

You will be able to demonstrate:

  • Proven success in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders including People & Culture and other central reporting teams regarding coordination, preparation, and delivery of data. 
  • How you have made an impact and influenced in a constructive, proactive manner.
  • That you are flexible and adaptable to changing environments.
  • Proven experience in establishing modernised reporting and data frameworks and dashboards including compliance. 

This role involves a blend of analytical skills, collaboration, and attention to detail.
