As an Officer, Campus Maintenance, you will:
- Deliver effective and efficient services to customers by monitoring and maintain building fabric asset systems throughout the University
- Ensure a high-level of customer service, adhere to all quality requirements and participate in reviews of work practices to identify opportunities for improvement
- Undertake projects as required by the Senior Supervisor, Campus Maintenance with respect to building fabric
- Undertake fault finding investigations of the fabric system and initiate repairs, and issue relevant permits to work
To be successful, you’ll have:
- Completion of a Trade Qualification in carpentry or joinery and extensive relevant experience as a Technician; or
- Completion of an Associate Diploma and at least two years subsequent relevant work experience; or
- An equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training
- Experience in maintaining building fabric
- Experience working in a maintenance environment in the tertiary sector
