About the role:
ACU is currently seeing to appoint a Microsoft CRM Senior Developer who will be primarily responsible for analysing, documenting, developing technical aspects of customer business and data requirements, working with stakeholders, end users, project team members and suppliers to develop or recommend software solutions appropriate to their needs. You will ensure that these products adhere to the university architecture, frameworks, policies and standards that meet the strategic needs of the university, and will advise and consult with business system owners and the IT Directorate on enhancing and extracting the maximum benefits from these investments. In addition, you will also be responsible for maintaining and supporting a portfolio of application services throughout their lifecycle, ensuring ongoing optimal system operation and maintenance.
More specifically the role entails:
- Degree in IT or related discipline and relevant Microsoft and Cloud certifications.
- Provide hands-on full stack development capabilities with expert understanding of backend, frontend, systems and data domains. Extensive experience with CRM Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI.
- Experience in CI/CD build automation and monitoring tools (e.g. Git, Azure DevOps, Dataverse, New Relic, Jira and Confluence).
- Strong development experience with CRM Plugins, C#, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, React, Node, SQL and ASP .NET .
- Experience in end-to-end solution delivery from requirements discovery, through to support hand-over
- Experience in architecting, developing, and testing scalable and flexible solutions
- Demonstrated high-level interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills, with experience in engaging, collaborating and communicating with key stakeholders and clients.

What we offer:

- Total remuneration valued to $130,436 - $145,816 total rem (pro rata) pa, including salary component $110,220 - $123,227 (pro rata) pa (HEW 8), employer contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading.
- 17% employer superannuation contributions to eligible continuing and fixed-term staff.
- Annual leave loading of an equivalent to 17.5% of four weeks' salary pro rata payable, dependent on your commencement date.
