About the Role

The Manager Clinician Engagement Team, under broad direction, develops and leads the Clinician Engagement Team to align with the College of Medicine and Public Health Strategic Plan and Flinders University Agenda. Working in conjunction with the Discipline Leads, the manager will lead the development, implementation, and evaluation of engagement and support initiatives, collaborating with Academic Status holders (especially clinicians), academic staff, professional service teams and external stakeholders contributing to education programs.
 

About You

To be successful in this role you will demonstrate:

  • A tertiary qualification and relevant experience or equivalent experience in a relevant area, for example, clinician support, student assessment, customer service or engagement/liaison activities

  • Experience working with clinicians in a clinical education setting

  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, including well-developed high level written and oral communication skills

  • Demonstrated ability to assess a wide range of possibilities in developing a vision/ defining priorities for the future

  • Knowledge of higher education administrative business processes and support services.
