La Trobe University is seeking a dedicated and visionary Manager for Clinical Services and Operations to steer the La Trobe Health Clinic into a new era of integrated healthcare and educational excellence. About the position:

As the Manager of Clinical Services and Operations, you will play a pivotal role in the operation and strategic direction of our existing and soon-to-be-expanded allied health clinics. With a focus on Audiology, Orthoptics, Podiatry, Speech Pathology, Dietetics, Occupational Therapy, and Physiotherapy, you will ensure our clinics not only provide top-tier education but also essential healthcare services to the community.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership: Shape and execute strategic objectives to align with the University's priorities, ensuring excellence in service provision.

Operational Excellence: Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance, optimal service delivery, and a high-performing workplace culture.

Team Development: Lead, manage, and motivate staff, fostering an environment of continuous improvement and innovation.

Community Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and promote our services within the community.

Skills and Experience

Qualifications: Tertiary education in a relevant field or equivalent experience.

Experience: Proven track record in the operational management and strategic direction of a medium-large health service.

Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities, strategic financial planning, and a knack for innovation.

Attributes: A leader who is adaptable, collaborative, and driven by a commitment to excellence and continuous improvement.
