What you’ll do:

Based at either our Toowoomba or Ipswich campus, you will teach into our undergraduate and postgraduate programs via blended delivery, incorporating contemporary approaches to pedagogy, and undertake research and consultancy relevant to nursing, health and the University’s strategic research plan.

What will help you succeed:

We are seeking an academic with strong personal and professional ethos of integrity and compassion who enjoys working as part of a collaborative and supportive team. 

You will also meet the following requirements:   

  • Registered Nurse with, or eligible for, registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA);
  • Extensive knowledge of, and experience in, Nursing; 
  • Demonstrated teaching excellence with capacity to teach successfully into the pre-registration nursing program via blended delivery;
  • A demonstrated capability to conduct and disseminate research; and
  • A capacity to lead community and professional development initiatives relevant to Nursing.

Salary: Total remuneration range $125,372 to $148,185 pa (includes salary range of $105,933 to $125,209 pa, employer superannuation contributions of 17% salary and annual leave loading)
