The Role

  • Continuing, Full Time
  • Level B - $107,098 to $126,971 pa (plus 17% superannuation)
  • Bathurst or Wagga Wagga or by negotiation

Actively contribute to teaching, and curriculum development in the School of Information and Communication Studies. The successful candidate will also have the opportunity to develop and progress an active research profile aligned to the strategic direction of the School. They may apply for a formal workload allocation of up to 30% to support their doctoral studies, if they do not possess a doctorate and intend to pursue one.

The successful candidate would normally be required to work at the Charles Sturt campus at Bathurst or Wagga Wagga, although in some instances a flexible working arrangement, where the candidate is based off campus in another location in Australia, may be negotiable.

To be successful you will have:

  • A Master’s qualification or higher appropriate to the relevant discipline
  • A record of professional activity relevant to the discipline and active involvement in the teacher librarianship profession
  • Demonstrated capacity to deliver high-quality student centred learning and teaching
  • Broader experience to teach in various areas of teacher librarianship
