Overview
ECU International Business Operations, a part of the International Office, is seeking dynamic and driven team players to join our growing global team as an International Account Coordinator. ECU has experienced impressive growth in international enrolments following the recovery and rebound of the sector.  Our team is responsible for building and maintaining global partnerships, that maximise ECU's international revenue and growth – this position has an important role in contributing to ECU’s international success.

The Role
In these roles, you will work closely with the International Business Operations team and the other teams within ECU International Office. You will also be required to liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including education agents, overseas based staff, ECU Schools and Service Centres. 

ECU’s international success is highly dependent on the management and coordination of our worldwide network of education agents. A daily requirement of this position is to support ECU’s agent network, contract management, and compliance with relevant legislation. The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate a proven track-record of excellent communication skills, a customer-focused mindset and able to manage their time and workload in a fast-paced organisation.

Key Criteria

  • A high attention to detail, especially in working with data, the preparation of reports and responding to agent and partner enquiries; 
  • Experience in preparing and managing contracts or agreements, preferably in an international context; 
  • Experience in a support role within the International Education sector, with a good understanding of the ESOS Act and National Code; 
  • Well-developed communication skills with an ability to form and maintain strong working relationships within the team as well as with external and internal stakeholders;  
  • Experience with CRM and student administration systems such as Salesforce and Callista.

An understanding of contemporary international education issues and/or experience in International and/or Higher Education would be advantageous. 

You will also need to demonstrate personal attributes that are congruent with the University’s values of Integrity, Respect, Rational Inquiry, Personal Excellence and Courage.

Benefits & Remuneration
Both the ongoing and fixed-term position attract a remuneration of $88,973 to $95,993 per annum (pro-rata for part-time appointments) plus 17% University superannuation contribution.
