About the opportunity
The Internal Communications Assistant works in collaboration with staff in professional service units and portfolios and provides support for the delivery of audience-driven communications. The Internal Communications Assistant is responsible for supporting weekly staff and student e-newsletters, managing administrative and stakeholder enquiries, and creates high-quality audience-driven messaging and content for a variety of digital communication channels.

- has demonstrated writing and editing skills
- has demonstrated experience with content management and digital publishing systems
- agile and adaptable in all approaches to work
- has the ability to pivot between tasks and prioritising workload in a fast-paced environment
- excellent organisational skills to meet strict deadlines
- confidence in dealing with a broad range of stakeholders and managing relationships
- is keen to develop their career in communications in a large organisation.
