About the Role

The Marketing and Student Recruitment division is evolving at Flinders University, and we are seeking a visionary Head of Prospect Management to hit the ground running in leading the development of the University’s domestic recruitment and prospect management strategies for existing and new markets.

This exciting opportunity is pivotal to the growth of Flinders University and will work closely with key members of the Marketing and Student Recruitment team to develop and implement effective strategies to attract, nurture and convert prospective students.

About You

We are seeking a dynamic leader committed to fostering a customer-centric culture and delivering a best-in-class experience for prospective students.

Your advanced leadership experience will be the key to your success as you demonstrate your ability to lead high performing teams in a collaborative environment, manage staff performance and provide coaching and support to ensure a high-quality customer experience across the organisation.

The successful Head of Prospect Management will also demonstrate:

  • Completion of postgraduate qualifications in a relevant field and/or extensive relevant experience in a similar role.

  • Extensive experience in managing a contact centre function preferably within a higher education environment.

  • Advanced analytical skills to assess and identify market challenges and opportunities and adapt strategies as needed to deliver commercial outcomes.
